Shark Tank India Judges list out: Exciting news for fans of the popular business reality TV show Shark Tank India – Season 3 is all set to premiere on January 22, 2024. Following two successful seasons, the upcoming season promises even more thrills with the addition of six new Shark Tank India Judges, making a total of 12 judges on the panel.
Shark Tank India, aired on Sony Entertainment Television, is the Indian version of the famous American show Shark Tank. The show features entrepreneurs presenting their business ideas to a group of investors or sharks, who decide whether to invest in their ventures.
Season 1, which ran from December 20, 2021, to February 4, 2022 registered 62,000 applicants, and Season 2, from January 2, 2023, to March 10, 2023 saw increase in numbers with 85000 applicants tried to get featured on the reality show. The second season introduced Amit Jain, while Ashneer Grover was no longer one of the Shark Tank India Judges.

Season 3, starting January 22, 2024, will see six new sharks joining the panel – Deepinder Goyal of Zomato, Azhar Iqubal of Inshorts, Ritesh Agarwal of OYO Rooms, Radhika Gupta of Edelweiss MF, Varun Dua of ACKO, and Ronnie Screwvala of UpGrad. Rahul Dua will continue as the host.
In Season 1, the sharks committed to investing Rs 40 crore in 65 companies, with Rs 17 crore invested in 27 startups by July 12, 2023. Notable investments include Namita Thapar with Rs 7 crore and Ghazal with Rs 40 lakh.
Over the first two seasons, Shark Tank India has witnessed investments exceeding ₹100 crore, with Season 2 alone seeing judges investing ₹81.16 crore. The show continues to be a platform for entrepreneurs to showcase their ideas and attract investment.
